Question: How does the site work?
Answer: It really couldn't be easier! - You create an account and then you can complete offers (which are all 100% free). These track in your account and we will process them for you once they have successfully gone through the system. Once you have enough PigPoints you can request your voucher by going to your account details page!
Question: Is there a minimum age to join and is it restricted to members of the UK?
Answer: There is no minimum age to use the site, and yes, whatever country/area you are from, we welcome you to join the site! It is not restricted to residents of the UK.
Question: I am a member on another one of your sites, can I still join?
Answer: Yes of course! - We like to welcome all members to any of our sites, however when completing offers you MUST clear your cookies after you have finished on each of our sites before you use the next one. This is to ensure that the offers track correctly and we are able to process your transactions easily and without problems.
Question: Will the offers I complete send me spam/junk emails?
Answer: We aim to choose advertisers who do not send many emails, however if you do receive emails from them, you can simply add them to your junk box and you will stop receiving them. Alternatively you can create a spare email account before you start using the site so that you don't receive anything in your everyday email. Question: Do I have to pay anything? For postage and stuff?

Answer: We will only ever contact are users by email and that is if there is a problem with a payment request. We will never share your details with other users or companys.
Question: How long does it take to receive my vouchers/reward?
Answer: After you have requested your reward, allow 3 weeks for it to get to you from the time of requesting it. This is because some of the items we only buy them once they have been requested by our users. This saves costs and saves us having leftover items that nobody is going to request! - Dont be put off though, it can sometimes be as quick as just 7 Days!
